    Jasmin Figueroa
Jasmin Figueroa is a PhD student in Practical Theology, with a focus on Religion and Society, at Boston University School of Theology. As a self-described feminist Nuyorican from the Bronx, she is interested in the ways that millennials, especially those from minoritized communities, are renegotiating their spiritual beliefs and practices in response to the oppressions of this political moment. To that end, she hopes to help contribute towards new understandings of culturally competent and trauma-informed spiritual care.
