    Friday, September 15, Day 1: Bon Voyage! 
    Meet your Sisters on the Sea in a welcome reception and gathering together to watch our ship pull away from shore.
    Saturday, September 16, Day 2: Grand Bahama Island 
    Great beaches, offshore diving, shopping, and underwater adventures await you at this popular tourist site in the Bahamas.
    In addition to your time ashore, we’ll have the opportunity to gather together on ship for relaxing, relating, and renewing as Sisters on the Sea.
    Sunday, September 17, Day 3: Coco Cay
    Spend the day in the surf and sand on Royal Caribbean’s private island: snorkeling, jet skis, kayaking, an aqua park, or just laying around on a beach chair or in a hammock. The level of excitement is up to you.
    In addition to your time ashore, we’ll have the opportunity to gather together on ship for relaxing, relating, and renewing as Sisters on the Sea.
    Monday, September 18, Day 4: Heading Home
    Pack your suitcase and all your great memories as you return home feeling relaxed and renewed by your new relationships with your Sisters on the Sea!

    Early registration is highly recommended due to a limited number of cabins and meeting space aboard the ship. Your advance registration will allow us to plan for your participation. Registration is a two-step process:

    STEP ONE:  Pay Program Fee to AB Women's Ministries
    Pay the $150 program fee to AB Women's Ministries. Program fee does not include cruise rates. (See Step Two below.)

    Register by mail & pay by check -- Download and print the registration form by clicking on the teal button to the right labeled "Registration Form."

    Program fee cancellation policy: Refunds forfeit a $50 processing fee. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of AB Women’s Ministries. Written cancellation notice must be received by September 1, 2017. No refund requests will be honored after September 1, 2017. Written notice of cancellation may be faxed to (610) 768-2286 or mailed to AB Women’s Ministries, P.O. Box 851, Valley Forge, PA 19482-0851.

    STEP TWO:  Book your Cruise Arrangements through Rosenbluth Vacations
    Cruise participants are to book their cruise through Rosenbluth Vacations, in order to receive pertinent information and to assure meeting space for our event.     Cruise Rates:  The cost of the cruise varies depending on what level of cabin you choose and how many people share a cabin. Contact Carol Evans for cruise rates*. For Rosenbluth Vacations deposit information, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and more information click here.
    *Cruise rates will include: 4 day/3 nights Bahamas cruise to Grand Bahama Island and CocoCay private out-island, round-trip transfers from Orlando airport to ship, on board meals, daily activities, nightly entertainment, and port & government taxes.

    Travel Information
    Passport Information: Passports are required. If you do not have a passport or it is expired, please visit www.travel.state.gov./passport/passport_1738.html.

    If flying, fly into the Orlando international Airport. You may arrange on your own or through Rosenbluth Vacations. Flights arriving on sailing day must arrive before 12 noon and depart on last day of cruise after 1pm. Round-trip transfers from Orlando airport to ship is included in your cruise fee.
