Caring for You and Your Ministry
Burnout is a term used so often that it may start feeling like a cliché. However, it is a painful reality. Clergy and laywomen alike are prone to overextend themselves to the point where they can no longer function effectively in their roles and perhaps even put relationships and their own health at risk.

In these pages you will find a collection of articles by women who have personally experienced the dangers of not caring for themselves adequately while trying to attend to responsibilities, and they share with you what they’ve learned on the journey. In addition, self-care is a concept that isn’t just for individuals. Caring for your ministry using the same principles will help others grow spiritually and more effectively minister in Christ’s name as well.
