Leadership Development Fund
The Leadership Development Fund is a special fund within the Women and Girls Mission Fund to help further
leadership development in AB Women’s Ministries or AB GIRLS. It is used for a variety of ways, all enhancing leadership development of women and girls.
For example, scholarships are often provided to women and girls with enormous potential for leadership in ministry who want to attend one of our national events for women, young adult women, and girls. The fund also allows our national officers to travel to regions and states as national speakers for region conferences and events. Other leadership opportunities supported by this important fund might include help for a board member to attend a meeting or seminar, travel for our leadership to participate in a event, bringing a speaker or participant to an event, etc. The uses of this fund are wide and varied, but important to the overall leadership growth of the organization.
Your contribution to the Leadership Development Fund is a lasting gift that will benefit many with ongoing growth and sharing. It is an investment in the future leaders of our ministry for generations to come.
Contributions to this fund can be made to honor a special person or program, in memory of a leader, or a monetary contribution simply because it’s needed. This fund allows for leadership opportunities that could not happen otherwise.

You may alternatively give a gift to the Women and Girls Mission Fund and know that it will be used where most needed.
